What are your top tricks for getting the most out of one's Genealogy in SFI business

My top tricks for getting the most out of my Genealogy are as follows: 

* To check the growth of my business, Genealogy is the place to go. Generation count will show how many PSAs, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. generations there are and how many CSAs you have. It will also show the total of EA2 VP and non-EA2 VP; how many VP are eligible for VP Matching, and how many are ineligible for VP Matching. How many are ineligible due to your rank; and how many VP are ineligible due to the Affiliate not yet EA.

* To check how many have opted out, how many have red flags and due for removals, and your PRM Report. Very handy to know who your PRMs are and how many.

So this is the first trick--check your business growth.

The second trick is to maximize the use of your Genealogy with Quick Filters--there are many filters you can use, and I like using them to find the latest on my MOVERS.

Once you got the MOVERS, click each one of the topics on the tool bar- start with Basics, VP, S-Builder (this will show you who are in it), Communication (shows email address/telephone); Aff.Mgr. (shows who have Standing Order), Sales, Gift Cert., Geographical (which country they are from), Reassignment (if they're Yes or No to be reassigned, or NA, not applicable), and TCredits.

Very handy to know who you can give TCredits to, which shows PSAs up to Gen 1 only, and CSAs are eligible to receive one.

You will learn a lot of tricks as you get familiar with using and maximising the use of your Genealogy. Click Full or Condensed, depending on your purpose, use Filter for finding out more. Be informed and know the uses of the blue, green and white envelop and pencil icons, and be creative in using it to build a strong team and make you an awfully awesome sponsor!
