Communication is key to maintain good rapport and build long term relationship with the Team

Communication is key to maintain good rapport and build long term relationship with the Team. 

Keeping this in mind, please stay in touch with them regularly by:

1. Posting important links in the Stream & seeking their attention to read it.

2. Sending them appropriate E-Cards;

3. Praise them in the Forum openly when they achieve something remarkable;

4. Create League Games and make them participate. Offer them appropriate gifts when they win;

5. Even though it is not required now, please keep up dating your Leadership Pages regularly. Post interesting articles and seek your team member’s attention to read them.

6. If you feel appropriate, please conduct contests and motivate them by offering Gift Certificates, TCredits, etc.

7. Invite the Stars in your Team and make them Designated Diamonds. Please explain about this Program and help them to advance from one level to another as per their commitment.

8. Be a good performer and share all your achievements with them. Make them understand how you did and how they too can do them.

9. Do not send monotonous mails. Always ask them how you can help them. Where ever required, try to send individual mails.

10. Make them realize that you are there for them always and that your aim is to make them successful here.

11. Share all important announcements from SFI with them.

12. Make them understand everything about SFI and how VersaPoints can be scored easily and how more income can be generated.

13. Provide them with information on some of the Web Sites where they can place ads. for free by which they can build their Team, Look for PRMs,etc.

14. If you have created a Blog or personal Web Site or a Group in Social Media guide them to be a part of these and make them feel that these are all essential to grow one’s business and emerge successful.

15. Where ever possible, have them in your Whatsapp or skype contacts and speak to them.

16. Try to be a regular contributor in Forum & encourage them to visit and read posts on a daily basis.

17. Ensure, they duplicate all your actions, step by step; slowly but steadily

In short, what ever you do, you do it with sincerity and genuine care and compassion. Create a good rapport and build relationship with every one in your Team. Continue to cement it further and that’s it-You are a fantastic Leader with a very strong, active, performing and motivated Team!
