How can I become a good team leader if I have low self-esteem and lack experience

I won’t say it will be ok, to make you feel good , but it is not. Let me explain this.
First we are much better than what we think of ourselves, but we always underestimate
Our capabilities, in the process we don’t value ourselves.

I have a high regard for merchants, in essence we are all merchants doing online businesses.
Because we exchange products as well as building Teams to market our business.

Yet this is the only business not talking about only SFI but in general online businesses that we portray we need no experience to do the business. Will that be the main failure on most online businesses for many affiliates?

To me it is yes. Lets look this further : To become a Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Teacher and other many profession, we go to an extensive training to qualify for that position and do our duty properly, Yet the number one position in the world being a merchant portrayed as if we need no experience.

Would you imagined if a Doctor with no prior experience to put someone on the operating table and lose the first five transaction. How is that sound ?

But it seems in an online business on the first day like, “Go get it Tiger”

That is the same in any business, we need experience to get a meaningful result. No one born with it. All of us worked on it for years, practiced it over and over again.
To lead your team you need experience. Work on your short coming, don’t listen the ones telling you it is ok, it won’t do you any good and it will hinder you from your growth and progress,

Do you know 90% of the population afraid to each other and have no confidence of their own and Each afraid one another even as simple as to ask one out for a date or even to start a conversation?.

So knowing that,

Whom do you afraid of to have a low self steam and not to believing in yourself ?

You are better than what you think of yourself, Practice confidence, find what pulling you behind and work on your short coming.

Do Exercise, improve your attitude, look yourself in the mirror, and ask yourself why am I feeling this way? Love yourself for what you are, you are unique in God creation, proud of yourself.

Read motivational books to build your self steam, attend seminars that motivate and give you leadership skill, even here at the forum, read posts to gain knowledge and grasp about the nature of the business.

Everything comes with learning and practice, so arm yourself to achieve that, remember you are not less than anyone and no one is better than you either, what ever you believe in your mind is what you are going to be.
