How to become a good team leader in SFI business without any experience

There are several ways where an Affiliate becomes a good team leader, even you have low self-esteem and lack experience. You have your team. You should send them welcome e-card and other e-cards that you deem necessary, to convey your messages and ideas. At first, you are not confident about having a team. Now, you are like a driver on a vehicle, and your team are your passengers. You have to direct them to the right path, and enable them reach for their dreams at SFI.

You lack experience, probably, because you are just new here. As you go on with your journey, you will have continuous learning. There are various income training lessons and articles which you could share with them. These are very valuable information, for them to have a clear understanding on how SFI and TripleClicks operates.

Every week, as a team leader, you should send them PSA and CSA Mailers. Almost all the materials are readily available here. Since January 2016, Mr. Gery Carson, the Founder and President of SFI, has issued several announcements regarding new programs at SFI. The SFI Management tries to find way and means for you to be properly motivated, with the aim of earning income and commissions from the company. These new announcements help all of you achieve your success at SFI.

You have low self-esteem at the moment. But if you only do your daily, weekly, monthly and other related activities, including the contests, Eager Zebra games and PriceBenders auctions, you will feel excited to work daily. If you win and receive the awards, you will be happy, since these are amazing prizes. You have your goals to achieve. Your drive and work to attain them. They will make you return here every day of your life.

You could join the Forum, see the threads whom you think are relevant. You could interact with Forum members and gurus, even Mr. Gery himself. You could ask a question, and immediately, there are comments to your post.

If you are an EA2, you could raise a question and answer at Ask SC. You will be surprised that many Top Authors will give you answers and enlightenment that will empower you and your team.

If you have done most items listed above, rest assured that you will be motivated more to teach your members. You will have higher self-esteem, with the final goal of attaining success, from the opportunities offered by the company. You are given the chance to be a part of the entire SFI team You should impart all the knowledge you have learned to them.

In time, your self-esteem will return to normalcy. Finally, you could even say that you have now enough experience to become a good team leader. This attributes, mainly, for the success of your team, as a whole.
