As a new affiliate, I would always advice that they read their SFI basic first, understand information and then take action. The training manual is simple, straightforward and detailed showing a step by step information on their path to success. If they have done that, as Sponsors, our job is alot easier and it makes it better for us to approach and guide them on how to start earning immediately.
From my experience, with the Signing Bonus which of course has been a great incentive for some affiliates in my team to get started to earn. I will send them a mail informing them about the NMP pack. My advice for the first month, the new affiliate should spend $20 to purchase the NMP pack within the first 10 days of joining SFI and subsequent months, spend between $60-$80 initially, then they can reduce the amount as the month progresses and have a team of active affiliates.
In summary, any new affiliate joining should be a goal getter, determined to achieve certain parameters, build/groom a crop of active affiliates and these active affiliates duplicate their action to explode their earning opportunites.
