Stream posts are good ways to communicate with your PSAS and CSAs to get them actively involved. Stream posts can either be Motivational, Informational, Educational, Affirmative or Acclimation.
Stream post are normally used for:-
1. Give short information for them to read up (Regarded as Informative)
2. Dissemminate SFI news to their team and their downlines which we can be regarded as Informative.
3. Praise hardworking affiliates in the team for achieving certain parameters or goals (Regarded as Motivational).
4 . Congratulate them if they win at the Daily Grand can be regarded as Affirmative.
5. Share tips on how to build their team.(Informative).
6. You winning at the Daily Grand can be regarded as Motivational.
With the new feature for adding images in your Stream post and Leadership Page, it has indeed made communication to our downlines easier as pictures can illustrate what you are trying to tell them. This is even better especially for our non speaking affiliates. At least, they will understand better without you as their sponsor/co sponsor saying much.
To upload an image on either your Leadership page blog or stream post, first and formost, download the image and save to your desktop or documents. You then click on the share it button on your Leadership Page blog or Upload button on your stream post after putting a comment in the comment box to butteress your point.
For instance, if on of my Psa/CSAs win at the daily grand, I will upload a congratulatory image for that affiliate, if seen, would be appreciative and drop a comment. If its for training purpose, I can upload some images downloaded, place a link in my comment box where they can read further and upload some images. This will sentised them and make them active reading their stream post and learn.
For team contest, we have images online about runners reaching the end line and stating that its a new month with a contest currently on, on our stream post for them to go to our Leadership Page. Once they go there, they will see my current contest that I am currently running, the image being shared and the price being offered.
In summary, our Stream Post and Leadership Page work hand in hand and are good tools while communicating with our downlines. With the new features adding images to either our Stream post, Leadership Page or both, has made Training, Motivating and Encouragement to our downlines alot easier as pictures makes them to understand what you are talking about.
