If you going to meet face to face with the prospective ECA you have to
be well dressed - look professional and speak polite. You should show
respect to them.

You should try to select the best words to grasp the point, and you should beware of the time because - time is money and with today's life styles everyone is rushing somewhere and do not have much time. One thing you just don’t want is - to be annoying. Be creative.
It is good to carry a written sheet of paper with things that need to be done to have an ECA in TripleClicks. It can be good to show off some statistics from TripleClicks. (what is TripleClicks, how and when it started with work, what can be sell on TripleCliks, how many ECA’s are on TripleClicks from your country).
